​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Thuringia's largest Christmas market enchants visitors with its historic old town around Domplatz, St. Mary's Cathedral and St. Severus Church, sparkling lights and fragrant stalls. Over 200 lovingly decorated wooden huts offer Thuringian delicacies such as Erfurter Schittchen – one of Germany's oldest Christmas Stollen – and the world-famous Thuringian Bratwurst, an essential part of any Christmas market visit. The range of products on offer is complemented by traditional handicrafts: Christmas tree decorations, blue-printed textiles, pottery and folk art from the Ore Mountains.  ​​​​​​
Der Erfurter Weihnachtsmarkt 2025 ist zu Ende gegangen und hat mit über einer Million Gästen erneut seine große Anziehungskraft unter Beweis gestellt. Nach dem Fest ist vor dem Fest: Schon jetzt freuen wir uns darauf, Sie auch 2026 wieder auf dem Erfurter Weihnachtsmarkt begrüßen zu dürfen.

Vor der einzigartigen Kulisse von Domplatz, Mariendom und Severikirche wird Erfurt erneut mit funkelnden Lichtern, duftenden Buden und weihnachtlicher Atmosphäre verzaubern.
